Out of the Arena was born from a need for another economic path for professional cowboys. We help athletes forge their own trail while connecting rodeo fans to have the ability to express their fandom and support the athletes.

At Out of the Arena, we’re building a movement that puts money where it belongs — in the pockets of the athletes. Every cowboy and cowgirl who partners with us creates their own brand, shares the profits, and builds their own economy.

1. Who Owns the Brand?

The athlete owns their name, likeness, and story. Always. We never claim ownership of who you are or the brand you've built. Out of the Arena owns the creative assets we design specifically for you, the backend systems, technology, and platforms we build the merch production relationships and vendor contracts.

If the athlete ever leaves the partnership, they keep their brand identity completely. We retain the systems and infrastructure unless a buyout structure is agreed upon. This is your name. You own it. We build the infrastructure around it.

2. Is There Exclusivity?

We handle official merchandise and branded product lines through Out of the Arena / True Rodeo Fans to ensure quality and consistency.

We do not restrict: Sponsorship deals (your sponsors can still pay you), Personal endorsements (brand deals remain yours), Appearance contracts (rodeo appearances pay what they pay) We're not replacing an agent. We're not replacing event appearance contracts. We're building your owned revenue channel.

3. What makes Out of the Arena different from other Western brands?

Every collection we launch is built in collaboration with real cowboys and cowgirls — not just inspired by them. Our designs celebrate their stories, work ethic, and passion for the Western way of life, giving you merch that carries real meaning behind every stitch.

4. What If It Doesn't Sell?

There is no upfront cost. No inventory risk. No financial downside. If it doesn't sell, the athlete loses nothing. Out of the Arena / True Rodeo Fans takes the risk on all the startup costs. That's the whole point of the model. This is performance-based. If we don't build something fans want, that's on us—not you.

5. What If I Get Hurt?

We can immediately launch support campaigns, limited drops, and injury recovery merchandise. Instead of silence, we activate support. Merchandise revenue funds rehab, recovery, and ongoing bills while you heal.

6. How Much Time Does This Take?

Setup requires 1–2 brand development sessions to establish your look, voice, and initial product lineup. Beyond that, you check in occasionally on approvals and post on social media in your own voice. We build it. You wear it. You share it
